this is absolutely my mother! almost every day she bitches about how she hates being fat and she just wants to starve herself (yeah, she used to be anorexic) so ive been trying to get her to eat healthy foods and work out with me for months and she hasn’t done it once. i just don’t get it.

365 Days 365 Miles

I’ve decided to do this challenge! It’s beyond doable unless I happen to fall into a coma or something but that’s doubtful, so I’m gonna jog at least a mile a day for a year. whatwhat.

I’ve decided that once I reach a weight I’m happy with, I’m gonna treat myself to my first pair of Miss Me jeans!
I’ve noticed people will reward themselves with stuff like a piece of cheesecake or a burger, but really? I don’t get why they’re purposely using food as an emotional reward/comfort when that’s what they’re trying to break away from. Go for something that’s more worthwhile. Ok, mini rant over.

This is my first official post on this blog so I’m expecting fireworks and tons of cheer :)

Well, maybe not that much but I’m hopin this’ll help me track my progress of losing weight and becoming more fit. I’ve lost about 3 pounds already and I’m wanting to lose about five more. I’m also trying to jog a lot more so hopefully I can become better at that without feeling like dying every time!
